Maple Frosting
¼ Cup Earth Balance (or Butter),
2 ½ Cup Confectioners’ Sugar
Enough to make a soft smooth frosting Organic Maple Syrup
In a large bowl of a mixer or with a handheld mixer, cream softened earth balance (or butter) and confectioners' sugar together until fully incorporated. Drizzle in just enough maple syrup to make a smooth, light frosting and beat on med-high until soft and fluffy!
If you want your icing bowl thoroughly cleaned out before washing, be sure to let a child lick the bowl! :9 -If you don't gobble it up yourself! YUMM!!
